HipLotto respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at HipLotto’s web site.

HipLotto collects information through our Web site at several points. We collect the following information about primary visitors: Email Address, IP address

HipLotto does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information such as time and date of visit, where the visitor came from and other statistical information in our website log files. We do not at this time collect demographic information.

We collect this information through player registration forms, surveys, polls and automatic logging files. The information is collected voluntarily and involuntarily. To play our free lottery game, we require a valid email address. Other information we request is optional.

In our lotto games, you may be asked for your email address before you play, your email address is saved in a cookie so that you won't have to type your email address on each ticket you play. This is provided as a convenience to you.

Banner advertising and contextual advertising appearing on our Web site may collect information regarding your visit.

Part II. Information Usage.
The information collected by HipLotto will be used to improve the HipLotto experience and to maintain a players email database. Players must provide their email address in order to play. Email addresses are kept in an email database and may be used to send out our newsletter, site updates and announcements and other advertisements.

Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications in each mailing.

We do not share, sell, rent or give out our players email addresses or any other information to any third party.

We offer links to other Web sites. HipLotto is not responsible for the content of other websites.

Part III. Access to Information 
HipLotto maintains the accuracy of our information by removing invalid email addresses automatically. Users may delete their information from our database by requesting that their email be deleted through our feedback form.

Part IV. Problem Resolution
If problems arise, users may contact HipLotto through our feedback form. We are committed to resolving disputes within 2 days.

Part V. Email Use
By playing our games, the player agrees to receive email updates and advertisements from HipLotto. Players may opt-out of our emails but will also be removed from our player database and will no longer be eligible to win prizes on our site.

HipLotto has a strict anti-spam policy, and at this time we do not send out newsletters or any other advertisements via email with the exception of winner notifications.
