WINNER NOTIFICATIONS: We notify all winners within 24 hours of the respective drawings. Notifications are sent via email. HipLotto is not responsible for emails misdirected or not received due to spam or junk mail filters, firewalls, anti-virus programs, over quota email accounts or any other email problems you may experience. If we send a winning notification and it is bounced back to us, we will re-send the email again. If we don't receive a response from the winner within 7 days, we will send the notification once more. If we don't receive a response from the winner within 14 days, that prize is forfeited. Winning notifications may come from the following emails:

OTHER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

HipLotto players must agree to receive our newsletter and advertisements from HipLotto to be eligible for any prizes. Players may unsubscribe at anytime by emailing hiplotto@hiplotto.net with the subject line "unsubscribe" and your email will be removed from our database. However, by removing your email from our database, the player also agrees to forfeit any and all prizes and all lotto tickets they may have in our drawings will be invalid. If the same email address is used to play our games again, the player will be added to our database once again. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information on our email database uses.

LOTTO GAME RULES: Winning numbers are drawn monthly using an automated script from within the administration of the lotto script program. Winning numbers are posted monthly. Players found to be in violation of the official rules or abusing the HipLotto system will be automatically disqualified and any winnings will be forfeited. HipLotto is not responsible for any invalid entries due to a players incompatibility with our software or typographical errors on the part of the player. It is a players responsibility to ensure that that their entries are valid and in conformity with the rules.
